I am no artist, but I was committed to decorating my Easter eggs tonight as Sanrio family members, numero Uno being Hello Kitty. I don’t find commitment super easy, but there are a few things over the years to which I have been unwaveringly committed. My love for Hello Kitty and other Sanrio characters is one of those things. I thought I might grow out of it at some point, but it looks like my love for Hello Kitty and her accessories is not going away. Maybe it is because we are the same age (Hello Kitty and I), or maybe it is because she is so cute, or maybe there is no explanation at all other than just what is. Luckily this is one thing I don’t feel embarrassed about or the need to mature out of: Yay for Hello Kitty!
